Navy Warfare Development Command

As the commander of the newly established Navy Warfare Development Command, I had the privilege of working with Joan. The rapid growth of the command demanded numerous presentations and marketing materials be given by 4 departments and myself to all manner of audiences including the Navy, other Services, Industry and representatives of government. We discovered that in Joan we had a dynamic team-building graphics expert with whom we could work with for all our needs, whose enthusiasm to support us was awesome. She worked tirelessly with action officers and my representatives daily to see that every requirement was satisfied to perfection, while formulating and promulgating to all the necessary process that allowed efforts to be prioritized to meet budget and time constraints.

Joan very quickly earned the respect and admiration of every person in the command and was recognized as a key member of the organization. Her extraordinary inter-personal skills, impeccable character and very high integrity, will make her an invaluable asset to any business.
